We work to provide our student employees with support, continuity, mentorship, and meaningful work experiences that contribute to their sense of belonging and success at UW-Eau Claire and beyond. We rely on our dedicated student employees to provide excellent service, collections and operations; we admire their ability to balance challenging academic, work, and personal demands; and we value their contributions to the Library and the University. We appreciate that our student employees often become library advocates, and many even go on to pursue careers in librarianship.
